Roads, crossings and public spaces. Made safer by understanding.
Rhevia helps organisations understand how people, vehicles and cyclists actually use public places, turning continuous movement into evidence for planning, safety and investment.

Where we work.
What you need to know, that you cannot see today.
Where do conflicts happen before incidents occur?
Near-misses rarely happen by chance. They emerge from repeated patterns of behaviour that are often invisible to traditional surveys or incident records. Rhevia continuously identifies where people, vehicles and cyclists interact, helping you understand where risk is building before an incident occurs.
Is this investment changing behaviour?
The success of a new crossing, cycle lane or public realm scheme isn't measured by installation, but by how people actually use it. Rhevia shows how movement changes over time, helping you understand whether an intervention is achieving the outcomes it was designed for.
Can you build the evidence for what's next?
Whether you're securing funding, evaluating a project or presenting to elected members, decisions need more than isolated surveys. Rhevia builds continuous evidence that strengthens business cases, demonstrates impact and gives stakeholders confidence in what comes next.

Community
Meet Rory, our Road Ranger.
The friendly face of every public sector deployment.
Rhevia units on public streets carry Rory, a community-facing character designed to introduce our sensors to the people who live, walk and cycle past them every day. Rory explains what we do, what we don't do and why we are there, in language residents can understand at a glance.
Visible and welcoming.
Wrapped units and signage turn what could feel like surveillance into something residents recognise, engage with, and look out for.
Transparent by design.
Every unit explains that we use radar, not cameras, and collect no personal data. A QR code links curious community members to our website for further education.
Backed by councils.
Rory helps officers and elected members answer resident questions before they are asked, and gives community engagement teams a ready-made story to tell.

Deployment story
Hadleigh High Street, Suffolk.
Suffolk County Council wanted to understand how cyclists, pedestrians and vehicles actually moved through Hadleigh High Street before committing to a casualty reduction scheme. We deployed Rhevia across seven sites along the corridor. Within two weeks, the team had a continuous baseline they had never had before.
